Register for a Class

Pre-registration is required for all classes. Classes with fewer than eight registrants may be cancelled. For any class with parent and child, or BUDDY SPECIAL promotions, please register each person separately.

Tuition and Registration Policies

Tuition Policy for Public IMPACT Classes If we receive your tuition payment after the early bird period, the $20 balance of the regular fee should be included in the amount paid. In order to maximize the experience of each participant, DC IMPACT programs have a limited enrollment. Our ability to offer programs is jeopardized when participants cancel. For this reason, part or all of the cancelled class tuition is non-refundable.

Priority placement Enrollment is on a first-come first-served basis according to who paid in full first.  Others are fully enrolled when class tuition is fully paid.

Classes Cancelled by DC IMPACT  We reserve the right to cancel any program that does not meet the minimum required number of participants. In the event of a cancellation, registrants will be given a refund or transfer option.

Waiting List Once a class is full, further applicants may go on a waiting list and will be contacted if there is a cancellation. Acceptance is in order of who paid in full first.

To cancel registration, we require written notice at least 7 days before a 2-3 hour class, or 14 days prior to any other class or program.  With this early cancellation, 85% of the class fee will be refunded.  Thereafter, if a student does not attend or complete the course in which s/he is enrolled, all of the tuition is forfeited. We offer no refunds for missed courses.

To transfer your enrollment to a different time or program, we require written notice at least 7 days before a 2-3 hour class (transfer fee is $20), or 14 days prior to any larger program (transfer fee is $49). The balance of the original tuition will then be applied to the new class.

Children Parent or guardian must sign the enrollment waiver for anyone age 17 or younger.

Payment Plan For courses costing $400 or more, you may request to send a set of checks in advance, dated to finish payment before the end of the course. Fully-paid students still have priority until the class starts.
